This project was one of the most significant corporate relocations in Dallas-area history. The new corporate campus houses nearly all of the 8,000 employees of a national insurance provider. The corporate campus is part of a transit-oriented development that includes retail, restaurants, entertainment, and a 200-room hotel. 

Campos provided testing, adjusting, and balancing services for all HVAC equipment, including air handling units and several hundred air terminal units. Campos utilized every member of its test and balance department to ensure that all buildings were operating at peak efficiency while maintaining production levels on a very tight project schedule.
