Project Description
Campos provided testing, adjusting, and balancing services and assisted with the commissioning process for constructing the Dickies Arena located in the Fort Worth Cultural District.
Campos’ scope of work included testing, adjusting, and balancing services for air handling units, fan coil units, exhaust fans, and a large hydronic central plant. Through meticulous planning and coordination with the project management team and subcontractors, Campos certified a purge sequence to evacuate the smoke created during the various forms of entertainment that occur at the facility.
Dickies Arena hosts concerts, hockey, and basketball games and is the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo’s new home. The new arena was a P3 project between the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, the State of Texas, and a group of private-sector participants. The Dickies Arena is owned by the City of Fort Worth and managed by the not-for-profit Trail Drive Management Corp.
