Our Mission
Campos Engineering is committed to dignity, integrity, uncompromised client service, and excellence.
To fulfill this mission, the Campos team seeks first to understand, then to be understood. They seek only win-win relationships with those they serve. They also seek to improve the financial well-being of all stakeholders.

Work With Campos
Campos is proactive in its recruiting process to find the best applicants to join their team. They are always seeking qualified engineers and support staff who share the firm's values and want to be part of the team for the long run.

Campos values different opinions and perspectives – this helps the team be their best.

Campos Engineering relies on creative solutions to best serve their clients. Their engineers also know the importance of being flexible to changing conditions and unplanned situations.
Clients benefit from the fact that engineers make up the team, no matter which division of work - MEP Engineering Design; Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing; and Commissioning. As engineers, the Campos team quickly develops solutions to unforeseen problems.
Production meetings take place every week so that each department can produce its best work. Campos also holds monthly meetings with department leaders and continues to cross-train their team among the firm's service lines.
Not All Work at Campos
The top priority for Campos is to produce the best work possible. At the same time, keeping it fun for the team members is essential. The Campos team looks forward to the annual chili cook-off, Halloween costume party, social gatherings, and giving back to the community through causes selected by the staff.
The internal team environment, coupled with the relationships with their consultant team, clients, and the greater community, makes Campos different.
